Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel confident choosing your Amber Haus Jewelry piece. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Security Seal

Each Amber Haus Jewelry piece is shipped with a tamper-evident security seal attached to the jewelry. This seal helps us ensure that returned jewelry has not been worn or used.

For hygiene and quality-control purposes, returns are accepted only when the original Amber Haus security seal remains attached, intact, and unaltered.

Please inspect and try on your jewelry without removing or cutting the security seal. Once the seal has been removed, cut, broken, or otherwise altered, the item is considered used and is not eligible for return, except where the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or where otherwise required by applicable law.

Returned items must also include their original packaging and any materials supplied with the order.

To request a return, please contact us before sending your item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us promptly so we can make it right.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original expedited shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
